Swiss Army Man

.   Swiss Army Man is a film directed by Dan Kwan and Daniel Scheinert, starring Paul Dano as Hank and Daniel Radcliffe as the corpse. This film had me on the edge of my seat the whole time and really makes you think the whole time. The way I would describe it would be a fantasy with a bit of comedy but also bits of drama throughout.

When looking at the camera angles used in this film we see frequent use of handheld shots and swooping camera movements. This helps to create a sense of disorientation and makes you feel out of touch with their world. Throughout the film, we also get multiple landscaping camera views and a lot of different nature shots.

The visual effects are also a crucial part of the film's style. Manny's flatulence is portrayed through a combination of practical effects and computer-generated imagery, resulting in a bizarre and hilarious visual spectacle. The film's use of practical effects extends to Manny's various "Swiss Army Knife" abilities, such as his hair grappling hook and his ability to shoot objects out of his mouth.
